[Obsolescence] Deprecate boolean line filter

  • libertem_holo.base.filters.line_filter(), libertem_holo.base.utils.draw_lf_rect() and libertem_holo.base.utils.line_filter_coords() are deprecated; use libertem_holo.base.filters.butterworth_line() instead.
